It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hana Matousek (Prior Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Hana was predeceased by: husband Pavel. Hana is survived by: children, Radmila Rasmussen (Michael) and Joseph Matousek; granddaughters, Pavlina Clarke, Natalie and Sofie Matouskova; and siblings, Ivan Straka and Jitka Knopova. Hana is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
