Eldred Evenson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldred Evenson of Prior Lake, Minnesota, born in Drayton, North Dakota, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eldred Evenson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Severin and Marjorie Jean Evenson (Long); his siblings, George Darrel Evenson, Robert Evenson, James Evenson, Patricia Anderson, Geraldine Evenson, Marlys Evenson and Gloria Nelson; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Harris Anderson, Dale Edblom and Norman Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Penelope Evenson; his daughters, Jennifer Kimball (Michael) and Heather Evenson; his grandsons, Caleb Kimball and Bennett Kimball; his sister Leona Edblom; his sisters-in-law, Delores Evenson and Joan Evenson; and his pet Suri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (301 County Rd 19, Excelsior, MN 55331).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated by the family in memory of Buck.
