He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forst and Lilly Forst (Hoffmann); and his son Gary. He is survived by: his significant other Lilli Lehmann; and his daughters, Dinah Gilberts and Jane Anderson. He is also survived by two granddaughters; two great granddaughters; and one great grandson.
