He was predeceased by: his children, Theresa and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Hornbeck); and his children, Barbara Gregg (Barry), Dave, Kenny, Johnny (Maureen) and Rob (Marla). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
