He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Westveer and Anne Westveer; his wife Zinaida "Zina" Westveer; and his grandson Jesse Westveer. He is survived by: his children, Luke Westveer, Michell Westveer, Dustin Westveer, Lance Westveer, Bridget Lee (Jammie) and Tony Westveer; his grandchildren, Abigail, Nick, Brittanie, Mariah, Lance, Jr., Brayden, Nickolis and Starianna; and his siblings, Judy Reed (Bob), Paul Westveer (Barb), Jeanne Bouge and Theresa Raine (Todd). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
