He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman H. Neitzel (Martha) and Martha W. Neitzel (Nehring); his siblings, Alice (Ted), Elaine (Milton), Herman (Marcelle) and Joan; his wife Norma Neitzel (Stahl); and his children, Michael (Wendy Clark) and Cathryn (Donna Ballard). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
