He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Sprank and Charles Quentin Sprank Sr.; and his sister Nancy Zoschke. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Johnson; his granddaughter Charlie; his daughters, April Sprank (Chris Schneider) and Heather VanGuilder (Joe); and his grandchildren, Ella VanGuilder, Quentin VanGuilder, Dustin VanGuilder, Jordan VanGuilder, Autumn VanGuilder, Ashlee Wuensch and Blake Schneider. He is also survived by many nieces, relatives, and friends.
