She was predeceased by: her parent Juel Bongard; her granddaughter Ava Joy; and her father Lester Bongard. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Dan Ward (Anne), Christy Macho, Michelle Ward and Kate Bruestle (Glen); her grandchildren, Alex, Sammy, Dylan, Clara, Lucy, Cooper, Lola, Violet, Liam, Evie, Zeke, Tyler, Sally, Britta and Josie; and her siblings, Jerry Bongard (Gail), Tom Bongard (Barbara) and Cindy Grochowski (Jim).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044). A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the NorthCross Church (19400 Ipava Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044).
