He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vohnoutka and Bessie Vohnoutka (Pavlicek); and his siblings, Archie, George, Richard, Francis Vohnoutka, Angeline Busch, Eleanor Jacobs and Marian Rafdal.
He is survived by: his wife Dee of Prior Lake; his children, Robert Vohnoutka (Kathy) of Eden Prairie, Desiree Church (Randi) of Cedar Lake, Dawn Peters (Keith) of Phoenix, AZ and Ginger Pung of Apple Valley; his grandchildren, Bryan Vohnoutka (Sara Thimmesch), Katie Vohnoutka (Cory Larson), Jude Atkinson (Holly) and Dane Atkinson (Katy); his great grandchildren, Jace, Hayden, Ethan and Cohen Atkinson; his siblings, Rosemary Borchardt (Ron) and Joe Vohnoutka of New Prague; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Vohnoutka of Eden Prairie and Kathleen Vohnoutka of Battle Lake.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to New Prague Veterans Memorial.
