She is survived by: her mother LaVonne Evans; her siblings, David, Lori (Mike), Jamie (Michelle) and Jeff; the father of her children Gregory Lembeck; her granddaughter Mariah; and also, Alyssa, Megan (Max), Andrew (Kelsie) and Hunter (Tori). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
