It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Artis Kjar of Prior Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Artis Kjar to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Elizabeth. She is survived by: her children, McLeod, Alice Marie (Steve), Mick Kjar (Lucy) of West Fargo, ND, Linda Lee (Curt) of Eagan, MN and Nancy Atkinson (Richard) of Burtrum, MN; and her brothers, Ron Sagvold (Marge) and Durwood Sagvold (Lorna). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Freeman Cemetery Association.
