Annette Eischens Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2021, at the age of 75, Annette Eischens of Prior Lake, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annette Eischens to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Ruzicka and Anna Ruzicka (Flicek); her siblings, Rosie Tuma and Fritz Ruzicka; her brother-in-law Walter Eischens; her husband Jerome "Jerry" Eischens; her sister Shirley Plekkenpol (George); and her siblings-in-law, Francis Tuma and Judy Ruzicka. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed in Ann's name by her family.
