He is survived by: his children, Derek (Jane), Randal (Joanna), Noah, MaryAlice and Tony (Alli); his daughter-in-law Megan; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kaitlyn, Bryant, Shelby, Audrey, Kagan, Kassidy, Phoenix, Lukas, Caleb, EstherLee and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Starlette, Kage, Riot, Titan, Indigo, Aspen, Meadow and Willow; his great great grandchild Devereaux; and his siblings, Donna Eitel (Pete), George (Pam) and Michael (Priscilla).
