He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean Smith (Yamaha); his siblings, Betty James (Jay Cheese), Paula Schmit, Kevin Erickson (Deborah), Lona Norby (Donnie) and Vicky Lind (Rodney); and his aunt JoAnn Hamann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other close relatives and friends.
