He is survived by: his stepmother Dawn Louden; his wife Kitty Sharon (Dinger); his daughter Leah Lewis (Mike); his stepdaughters, Michelle Beaudrot (Rick), Catherine Davies and Marilyn Montgomery; and his siblings, Linda Dickinson, Kathy Hayek, Patricia McNevin (Jerry), Stuart Louden (Heidi Vesco) and Angie Ryan (Tim).
