She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Smithers and Ruth Smithers (Eisenhut); her husband Orville Burke of Edward's Catholic Church; her sons, Carey and Kevin; her son-in-law Rodney Reichle; her grandson Alex Burke; her siblings, Thomas Smithers (Carol), Ralph Smithers and Violet Brisson (Ken); and her brothers-in-law, Dewey Anderson and Edward Puntsack.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Burke (Kathleen), Theresa Gerth (Tim), Maggie Reichle, Anthony Burke (Carolyn), Janet Benson (Rich Morgan) and Leenie Smith (Steve); her daughter-in-law Alesa Burke; her sisters, Jane Northfield, Iris Anderson and Ione Puntsack; and her sister-in-law Delores Smithers. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
