She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Skarohlid (Arthur), Jeffrey (Cheryl), Sheila VanHooser (Kevin), Sheryl Furzland (Greg) and Sharlene Williamson (Tim); her daughter-in-law Lisa Howard; and her sister Sharon Luedke. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
Fran has requested any memorials be given to the Princeton Scholarship Foundation or Freshwaters United Methodist Church.
