He is survived by: his mother Muriel Cichy (LaBlanc); his children, Tyler Cichy and Justena Cichy (Taylor Hoffman); his stepdaughter Angela Miller; his brothers, David Cichy and Dennis Cichy; and the mother of his children Karen Cichy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
