With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Hovey of Preston, Minnesota, born in Cresco, Iowa, who passed away on February 7, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Blomgren and Virginia "Dolly" Blomgren (Wilhelm); and her brother Russell Blomgren. She is survived by: her husband Arlynn Hovey of Preston; her son Wyatt Hovey (Kim) of Lime Springs, IA; her grandchildren, Aliesha Hovey (Nathan Garnett) of Pueblo, CO, Lee Lawson (Jamie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Jackelyn Rubendall (Blake) of Cresco, IA; her great grandchildren, Bodhi Garnett, Brayden Rubendall and Brinlee Rubendall; her sisters, Carla Fortney (Bruce) and Irene Eiffler (Duane); and her nephews, Derrick Fortney (Nikki), Kyle Fortney, Dustin Eiffler (Julie) and Dewey Eiffler.
Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society and the Saetersdal Lutheran Cemetery.
