He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Welke (Thompson) and Lowell Welke of Palmetto, FL; and his siblings, Kathy Rathbun (Greg) of Byron, MN, Roger Welke (Deann) of Denver, NC and David Welke (Carla) of Sarasota, FL. He was also cherished by 4 great-nephews, and 1 great-niece.
