He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fuchs; his daughter Shannon Fohrman (Scott); his grandsons, Austin Fohrman (Hope), Nathan Fohrman (Summer Smith) and Zachary Fohrman; his great grandchildren, Chandler, Anastasia, Bennett and Joey Fohrman; and his siblings, Carolyn Rodorigo, Barry "Butch" Page, Bob Page (Anne), Barb Schneider (Mark) and Bill Page (Peggy).
