With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Budde of Preston, Minnesota, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gartner and Ella Gartner (Scanlon); her husband Francis Budde; her brother Jim Gartner; and her brother-in-law David Wilson.

She is survived by: her former husband Daniel Schmidt; her sons, Ron Schmidt of Spring Valley, MN, Rod Schmidt (Bev) of Loveland, CO and Jon Schmidt (Kimberly) of Thornton, CO; her grandchildren, Rachael Schmidt, Caleb Schmidt, Erin Schmidt and Erik Schmidt; her siblings, Rita Wilson of Preston and Jerry Gartner (Nancy) of Preston; and her sister-in-law Viola Gartner of Chatfield, MN..
