He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mensink and Eva Mensink (Termaat); his brothers, Wendell, Royce and Lyall; and his brother-in-law Lowell Roelofs.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Kurdelmeier; his children, Martha Oskvig (Carroll) of Milford, IA, Neil (Sally Gibson) of Preston, Carla Ridderhoff (Mike) of Edgewood, WA, Karen Winter (Richard) of Preston and Paul (Tammy) of Rosemount; his siblings, Evelyn Roelofs and Loyal (Alayna); and his sisters-in-law, Cleo Mensink, Caroline Mensink and Charlene Mensink. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are preferred to Greenleafton Reformed Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
