She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Bjortomt and Alma Bjortomt (Osterhus); her husband Donald "Buzz" Riehl; and her siblings, Ruth Sikkink (Arden), Reuben Bjortomt (Betty), Verna Hahn (Glenn), LaVonne Wold (Stanley) and Norman Bjortomt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and great great great nieces and nephews.
In memory of Betty, memorials may be given to United Methodist Cemetery Preston, Gundersen Harmony Care Center, or St. Croix Hospice.
