He was loved and cherished by many people including: his nieces and nephews, Duane Dombek (Barbara Warren) of Charleston, WV, Carol Dombek (Gary Raffelson) of Montevideo, Darlys Tanghe (Greg) of Marshall, Randy Dombek (Gunvar) of Ivanhoe, Lloyd "Al" Dombek (Lisa), LeAnn Johnikin of Sioux City, IA, Jackie Bernaciak (Dan) of Turlock, CA, Janelle "Jody" Dombek (Tim Wagner) of Midland, MI and Cindy Ardison (Paul) of St. Peter; his sisters, Laurel Dombek and Lorna Carole Stone; his brother-in-law Frank Dombek; and his nephew Clayton Dombek. He was also cherished by many grand-nieces and nephews.
Marion was proud of his regular Red Cross blood donations – by October 2017 he had donated 24 gallons (192 units) of blood.
