She is survived by: her mother JoAnn Annette (Croud); her children, Myron, Matteah and Josiah; her close friend Trevor Larson; her siblings, Anthony Annette (Rachael), John Annette (Robin), William Annette (Sharon), Harold Annette, Michael Annette (Monica), Russell Gray, Carol Smith (Rick), Emily Annette and Lori Comanchi (Tom); her aunts and uncles, Edie Smith, Betsy Robbins (Pete), Barb Moran (George), Junior Clark and Doug Clark; and her pets, Kiki and Blondie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; her extended family.
