She is survived by: her husband Duane Hentz; her sons, Wesley Hentz (Emily) and Erik Jensen; her siblings, Eddie Henderson, Richard Milker and Diane Donatell (Gary); and her sister-in-law Luann Hentz-Game. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
