He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Haessig and Pearl Haessig (Raymond); and his siblings, Jim, Norma, Janice, Donna and Susie.

He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary "Mitzi" Johnson (Nathan) of Peoria, AZ and Karen Bell of Peoria, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
