She was predeceased by: her husbands, Kenneth Tlougan and Robert Carter; her parents, Blanche Mussell and Adolph Mussell; her siblings, Byrl Mussell, Lawrence Mussell (Dorothy), Ralph Mussell (Fern), Roy Mussell (Ruth), Bernice Russert (Martin), Marjorie Struck (Joe) and Fred Mussell (Veronica); her grandson Jason Kenneth Tlougan; and also Michael Marshman.
She is survived by: her children, Ben Tlougan (Betty), Kevin Tlougan (Michele), Owen Tlougan (Donna), Kenneth Tlougan, Jr. of Plainview, Greg Tlougan of Wykoff, MN, Alia Tlougan of Sedona, AZ, Carol Marshman and Gwen Ahern (Tim) of Plainview; and her brother Ade Mussell (Gerrie) of Savage, MN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
