He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dwight, William (Bill) and Connie Thayer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Johnson of Plainview; his children, Jennifer Hocken (Mark) and Warren Johnson (Christine) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Daniel, Isaiah, Elizabeth and Paul; and his brother Dean Quentin Johnson (Mary) of Arizona.
