With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gretchen Merth Fleck of Plainview, Minnesota, born in Wabasso, Minnesota, who passed away on March 10, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gretchen Merth Fleck to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leanord Merth and Anna Merth; her aunts and uncles, Jesse, Ada Jett, Fred, Millie Sanford, Wally and Calverna Franta; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard, Leo, Joseph, Carolyn, Lois and Collen.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry of Anne's Catholic Church; her children, Michael Fleck of Plainview, Paul Fleck (Pam Skoglund) of Rosemont, Jennifer Irish (Randy) of Plainview and Sandra Burdick (Chris) of Plainview; her great grandchildren, Mason, Margo, Eli, Allie, Lucas, Lenore, Matthew, Callum and Annette; and her brother Gregory Merth (Jean) of Crystal.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joachim's Catholic Church (900 W Broadway, Plainview, MN 55964). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
