She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian LaValla and Mae LaValla; her husband Darrel Baade; her parents-in-law, Floyd Baade and Dorothy Baade; and her siblings, Lorraine Albrecht, Olive Dawley, Shirley Bannert, Marie Palm, Barb Heaton, Lois Boomgaarden, Stephen LaValla and David LaValla.

She is survived by: her children, Doris Taylor (George), Jeff Baade (Joni), Marcia Richards (Dan), Doug Baade and Valerie Patraw; and her siblings, Cecelia Norton, John and Roger LaValla. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
