He is survived by: his wife Brenda Holland Faulk; his daughter Amanda Harrell (Kent) of Burgaw; his grandchildren, Nathan Harrell of Burgaw, Cole Hardy of Black Jack and MacKenzie Harrell of Burgaw; his brother Jack Faulk (Phyllis) of Plymouth; his nephew Hunter Faulk; his niece Brianna Faulk of Plymouth; his brother-in-law Mike Holland (Scarlett) of LaGrange, GA; and his close friends, Joey and Barbie Hardy of Black Jack.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.
