He is survived by: his wife Lois Stueven of Pipestone; his sons, Randall Zupp (Connie) of Pipestone and Rodney Zupp (Jennifer) of Pipestone; his grandchildren, Whitney Carpenter (TJ), Cody Brown (Tabatha), Nathanael, Lucas and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Isaac, Izabella, Abbygail, Olivia, Violet and Charlotte.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be able to celebrate Dick’s life with his family, friends and neighbors. He was a high school classmate and we stayed in touch over the years. In the last five or ten years we enjoyed many visits and I always appreciated his wit, humor and perspective on life. He was my source of Troy Township news where I was raised.
