He is survived by: his wife Barb Bork; his children, Wendelynn Hathaway and Nicholas (Annie); his grandchildren, Payton, Hallie, Hendrik, Brynlie, Cambrie and Deidrik; his daughter-in-law Marci Bork; his grandchildren-in-law, Jamie and Eric (Kim); his daughter-in-law Mary Bork Sawyer; his grandchildren-in-law, Tyler Bork, Amanda Nichols (Aaron) and Ashley Bork; his brothers, Wally Bork (Linda), Harley Bork (Linda) and Don Bork (Marcia); his sister-in-law Mary De Yong; and also, Isaac, Eric, Alex and Owen. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
