She is survived by: her children, Gloria Kofoed (Jim) of Little Falls, Perry Kozlowski (Coreen) of Fargo, Thomas Kozlowski of Fargo, Jon Kozlowski (Shelly) of Pipestone and James Kozlowski of Breckenridge, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Steven Kofoed (Rebecca), Justin Kofoed (Michaela), Chad Kofoed (Julia), Anna Kozlowski (Alex Zikmund), Andrew Kozlowski (Laura), David Kozlowski, Daniel Kozlowski, Jena Rohlik (Zach) and Aaron Kozlowski (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Evan, Owen, Isaac Kofoed, Grace Kofoed, Caden Kofoed, Hudson, Saylor Rohlik, Chloe Kozlowski, Joseph Zikmund and Banks Kozlowski.
