He is survived by: his son Chad Schnepf (Latrica) of Grain Valley, Missouri; his grandchildren, Shade Whitner (Amy), Hunter Whitner and Karena Schnepf; his great grandchild Shaelyn Whitner; and his brothers, Eugene Rood of Ruthton and Jerome Rood (Dianne) of Pipestone. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
