He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mathine and Elizabeth Mathine (Tharnish); and his siblings, Mary Lou Havercamp, Roseline Fredrickson, Jim, Dale and Leonard Mathine.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kellen of Pipestone; his daughters, Diane Wussow (Michael) of Pipestone, Linda Blue of Hartford, Barbara Cloyd (Kenneth) of Temecula, Christine Mathine of Pipestone and Deborah Delvaux (Mike) of Yankton; his grandchildren, Arielle, Chelsea, Seth, John, Jenni, Kayli, Misty, Heather, Rayann, Lexy and Jennica; his great grandchildren, Layton, Leah, Tobias, Dessiree, Precious, Kenny, Titus, Briar, Sage and John; and his siblings, Betty Walton (Dave) of Franklin, Norma Hart (Don) of Creighton, Bob Mathine (Darlene) of Champaign, Jerry Mathine (Rita) of Glidden, Judy Weibelhaus of Fort Scott and Pat Kuhlmen of Bloomfield, Nebraska. He is also survived by loving friends and family.
