It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Lyn Hinchman of Pipestone, Minnesota, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Salie and Charlotte Salie; her husband Feltham "Johnny" Hinchman; her daughter Linda Sue; and her sister Kathy Anne.

She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Hassett (Bruce) and Keith Hinchman (Rita); her grandchildren, Andrew Hassett (Jamie), Michella Putney (Timothy), Luke Hassett (Hannah), Haden Hinchman and Hannah Grabrian (Timothy); her great grandchildren, Lexi, Halle, Gavin, Addison, Asher, Lucas, Seylah, Eliana and Caleb; and her sister Dorthy VanDyke.

A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Fairview Church (1175 County Rd 19, Minnetrista, MN 55364). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
