He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Kuyper and Grace Kuyper (Vander Wal); his wife Wilhelmina Overgaauw; and his siblings, John Kuyper and Minnie Van Dyke.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Fischer (Dan) of Wadena, Marlyn Kuyper (Pam) of Holland and Myron Kuyper (Laurie) of Valley Springs; and his sister Cora Van Dyke of Pipestone, Minnesota.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
