He is survived by: his wife Debbie Deason; his daughters, Sarah Scott of Pipestone and Cynthia "Cindy" Husman (Scott Hunter) of Pipestone; his grandchildren, Samantha Floer, Charlotte Floer, Lucy Harter, Michael Harter, Belle Harter and Billy Frank Harter; and his siblings, Bonnie Hitzemann of Indiana, Fred Scott of Missouri, Michael Sercy of Indiana, Ronnie Hall of Tennessee, Carol Reed-Talbert of Indiana and Rita Scott of Kentucky.
