He is survived by: his parents, Francis Hazelton and Marlys Hazelton (Mitchell) of Pipestone; his wife Rita; his children, Brad Hazelton (Erica) of Brandon, Eric Hazelton of Kasota and Morgan (Dan Lundeen) of Brandon, SD; his grandchildren, Spencer and Kyree Hazelton of Brandon; his siblings, Denise Hazelton-Caulfield of Watertown and Dave Hazelton (Janine) of Pipestone; and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin, Cordell, Landon, Conner, Matthew, Taylor, Shaun, Jade, Rachel, Shaylee, Krystal and Jacob.
