She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrold and Olive Katherine Judd (Lamb); her husbands, Leonard Cook and Fred Starks; and her sister-in-law Sarah Judd.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Wilke (Rex Bertram) of Pipestone and Shaun Cook of Glendale, Arizona; her daughter-in-law Julie Walker of Glendale, Arizona; her siblings, Thomas Judd (Barbra) of Tuscon, Kenneth Judd of Arizona and Mike Judd of Arizona; her grandchildren, Samantha Hendriks (Ryan), Tiffany Gomez (Ramon), Regan Snow (Steven II), Noah Onken, Hannah Wilke, Marqui Walker and Christian Walker; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Hendriks, Micah Hendriks, Rowan Hendriks, Ezekiel Gomez, Thea Gomez, Baby Boy Gomez, Sophia Snow and Steven Snow, III.
