He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Sheppard and Stella Sheppard; and his brother Frank, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Kevin (Jennifer); his wife Ila; and his daughters, Robin Lyon and Shari LaVigne (Gary). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
