It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norbert Ackerman (Pine River, Minnesota), who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Sechser; his siblings, Ruth and Bernard; and his son-in-law Tom Rohr. He is survived by: his children, Mary Rohr of Bertha, Janice Zientara (John), Norbert Ackerman (Kathy) of Bovey, Thomas Ackerman (Judy) of Pine River, Roger Ackerman (Kathy) of Little Falls, Diane Zaske (Doug) of Pine River, Susan Abbott of Oakdale, Michael Ackerman (Merrilee) of Pequot Lakes, Jerilynn Munson of Clarissa and Robert Ackerman (Jill) of Pine River. He is also survived by 48 grandchildren, 91 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
