He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcellus Zaczkowski and Lorretta Zaczkowski of Belgrade, MN; his siblings, Iverne, Marilyn and Leon; and his brother-in-law Frank Michalowski.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, Cleone Michalowski and Leroy; and his children, John Zaczkowski, Lori McGuire (Mike), Carla Zaczkowski and Joseph Zaczkowski (Angie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
