She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Loney and Herb Young; her husband Alfred Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Robert, Alvin, Helen, Mabel, Marion, Lorena and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Carter (Carin) of Mississippi, Sandra Heino (Marty) of Pine River and Wendy Shamp (Alan) of Pequot Lakes; her grandchildren, Bridget Hanks, Howie Carter Jr., Kyle Heino and Nicole Heino; her great grandchildren, Hedy, Milo, Oliver and Theodore; and her sister Harriet Roberts (Ed) of Mississippi.
A memorial service will be held at a later date due to Covid-19.
