He is survived by: his brothers, Dennie (Mona) and Ricky (Colleen); his children, Kristin Mickelson (Eric), Karla Jo Cunningham (Chris), Kraig King (Tracy) and Kendra Reddick (Doug); his grandchildren, Avery Cunningham (Sam), Jordan Cunningham (Tyler), Amelia, Meredith Hauser, Kalli King (Joseph), Konnor King, Alexus, Viola and Mac Reddick; and his nephew Eric King.
