He is survived by: his wife Irene; his son Greg Gearey (Libby); his granddaughters, Annika, Greta and Elaina Gearey; and his siblings, Lynn Gearey (Debbie), Mary Ann Kline, Carolyn Carlson (Richard) and Paula Bohannon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
