It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Gibbs of Pine River, Minnesota, who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Gibbs; and her siblings, Ruth Jussila, Addline Underhill, Lucy Haugaard, Doris Sundermeyer, Dora Nickel, Robert Sundermeyer and Larry Sundermeyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Gibbs (Tina) and James Gibbs; her grandchildren, Andrew, Robert (Katie), Bobbie Jo (Nick) and Randy (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Analynn and Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mildred Bible Chapel (3466 14th St SW, Backus, MN 56435). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
